HUNGARIAN ROLYAL ARMY ELASTIK WEDGE PULL-ON STYLE BOOT.

These polished pull-on style officer's boots were used until 1945 in the Hungarian Royal Army. The officers frequently wore the boots with slacks and also with their full uniforms. The army officer boot is sleek, polished and elegant, therefore, it was not only used for everyday street wear but was also worn at popular social events. Generally it was made with ankle shaft (like a boot) but was also presented a regular shoe. The boot got its name from the elastic wedge insert. The elastic wedge version was the most common. Made of black high-grade leather and with goat leather lining, and leather sole.
The sole of the boot is either sewn or put on with wooden nails with a stacked heel made.
